WE HAVE A FEW SIMPLE RULES:
1. NOISE LEVELS: Be cool with the neighbors quiet hours are from 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We wish to give you the best experience. Please take care of the loud music or shouting, especially outdoors.
2. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITIES: In case of any accidents or causalities, please inform us. Any kind of damage to any electronics, furniture, property, or amenities during your stay will be covered by you and must be paid or cleared before checkout. Else, we will have to take legal actions against all the guest at the property
3. GOVERNMENT APPROVED ID IS MANDATORY: We require a valid government-issued photo ID from all guests staying prior to check-in. No exceptions.
4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: - Check-in: After 2:00 PM - Check-out: By 12:00 PM Please respect the times late check-outs and early check-ins may be charged unless previously arranged.
5. POOL RULES – No Booze Splashing: Please don’t splash champagne, beer, or any drinks in the pool. It ruins the water and causes damage. Keep drinks poolside, not in it. Violating this rule may result in a heavy cleaning fee (3000/-pool cleaning and 6000/- pool water change) or instant termination of the stay.
6. NO ILLEGAL/RAVE PARTIES OR EVENTS: We do not promote or entertain any kind of drugs, prostitution, or rave parties of any kind and type at our property. For us, rules and neighborhood peace matter the most.
7. SMOKING POLICY: No smoking in rooms. You may smoke outside or pool area, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly in ash trays provided, any burns or damage to furniture or mattress from ash will be chargeable as per severity of the burns
8. PETS: No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
9. GUEST LIMIT: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please don’t invite extra people without checking first. Extra guest staying overnight will be charged extra.
10. The place is for your leisure and comfort. Try to keep it clean as much as you can. If the property is in extreme mess and needs deep cleaning because of stay, extra cleaning charge of 1000/- will be charged at the time of checkout. So save your money by keeping the place clean
